Do you only carry watches?

No. We carry a Fine Jewelry as well. We specialize in diamonds, other precious stones and customized jewelry. Jewelry may be purchased by directly calling or e mailing the store. We are in the process of expanding our inventory online for watches and including jewelry.

Jewelry 

What does the lifetime guarantee entail? 

We stand by behind our jewelry and guarantee all our jewelry and watches are free from manufacturing defects at the time of purchase or at the time of delivery. In the rare event you find a defect, we invite you to contact us and we will provide you with a return authorization number and the address of our service center. Our service center will inspect and determine if the defect was incurred during the manufacturing process in which case we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear or trauma. We do not provide warranties for damage due to product loss or loss of center stones. We do recommend precious gemstones and solitaires (center stone) be insured.

What is your return policy? 

We accept returns within 30 days so long as the product is not used, we will give you a full refund.

Can you insure my jewelry? 

We do not typically provide insurance, but we do provide an appraisal that can be used for insurance purposes.

How do I place a custom order? 

We welcome the opportunity to provide you with a totally custom piece that brings your vision to life. Call or email us with specifications.

How do I receive my custom order if I am getting onto a cruise ship? 

We will ship to your desired address through insured mail.

Can use you use a stone I already have to make a custom piece? 

Yes, we can remove a stone from an existing piece or work with a loose stone of your choosing.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase? 

Yes, we can gladly include any personalized message. 

What if I need extra help or advice about my purchase? 

We would gladly help answer any questions and guide you through the buying process.

Do you offer purchase financing? 

No, unfortunately at this time we do not offer purchase financing.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping to the contiguous 48 states.

Can we pay in segments?

Typically for watches we only accept up front payments. For jewelry however, if you call us to make an order we are very accommodating with payments. If you have questions contact us and we will be happy to help. 

What if a payment method isn't listed can you accommodate it?

We accept various credit cards and if you would like to pay in a different way from what is listed contact us and we will try to accommodate your alternate payment method.
