    • What does the lifetime guarantee entail?
      We stand by behind our jewelry and guarantee all our jewelry and watches are free from manufacturing defects at the time of purchase or at the time of delivery. In the rare event you find a defect, we invite you to contact us and we will provide you with a return authorization number and the address of our service center. Our service center will inspect and determine if the defect was incurred during the manufacturing process in which case we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear or trauma. We do not provide warranties for damage due to product loss or loss of center stones. We do recommend precious gemstones and solitaires (center stone) be insured.
      
    • What is your return policy?
      We accept returns within 30 days so long as the product is not used, we will give you a full refund.
      
    • Can you insure my piece?
      We do not typically provide insurance, but we do provide an appraisal that can be used for insurance purposes.

      We welcome the opportunity to provide you with a totally custom piece that brings your vision to life. Call or email us with specifications.
      
    • How do I receive my custom order if I am getting onto a cruise ship?
      We will ship to your desired address through insured mail.

    • Can use you use a stone I already have to make a custom piece?
      Yes, we can remove a stone from an existing piece or work with a loose stone of your choosing.
